It only takes a moment to ask R U OK?

Suicide remains the leading cause of death for Australians aged between 15 and 44, and it shouldn't be.
R U OK? day is Thursday, September the 10th and on this day we encourage everyone to speak with people around them and support anyone struggling with everyday life. Staying in touch and having a conversation is something we can all do. You don't need to be an expert - just a good listener.
If you notice someone who may be struggling, let them know they are not alone. Trust your gut and take a minute to ask 'are you okay?'
