Lab Essentials: ISOLab Screw Cap Bottles
ISOLab screw cap bottles are an essential product for any lab where liquids need to be stored safely. These screw cap bottles are manufactured from borosilicate glass which is resistant to thermal shock and resistant to almost any chemical.
ISOLab screw cap bottles are autoclavable at 121°C and 1.1 bar for 30 minutes (bottle caps should not be closed during autoclaving process). Bottle caps are made from polypropylene with large ridges for increased grip.

Common Use: Beer Brewing Hydrometers
A hydrometer is commonly used in the beer making process to check specific gravity of the liquid which is about to be fermented. This specific gravity reading is important as it then can then be used to calculate the amount of sugar content in the liquid.
The general principle is:
